Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation is seeking a Production and Material Planning Manager to drive integrated planning across programs. You will own the master production schedule, coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and program management to ensure on-time delivery and material readiness.

Responsibilities include implementing Costpoint ERP/MRP modules, translating requirements into executable plans, and leading cross-functional planning meetings to mitigate risk and improve throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience).
• 7+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, manufacturing scheduling, or production project management.
• 5+ years of experience leading technicians or production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (Costpoint experience preferred).
• Proven ability to coordinate across supply chain, manufacturing, program management, and operations to drive aligned execution.
• Experience with AS9100 QMS and FAR requirements; ability to qualify for a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule across all active programs, balancing demand, capacity, material availability, and priorities.
• Develop and manage the Costpoint ERP/MRP implementation plans for MO build plans, routings, lead times, and sequencing.
• Translate program requirements and customer demand into executable production schedules and material plans.
• Lead work planning with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure plans are realistic and executable.
• Partner with Supply Chain to plan, track, and mitigate material constraints, long-lead items, and supplier risks.
• Coordinate with Program Management to align production schedules with contractual requirements and objectives.
• Provide planning input during program kickoff and throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor schedule performance, material readiness, and risks; drive corrective actions.
