Job summary

United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) in New York seeks a Project Management Tool Implementation Lead to oversee the selection and rollout of a new project and program management tool. You will coordinate with stakeholders, map future-state processes, manage RFI/RFPs, and develop vendor evaluation reports to ensure timely go-live.

You will build and maintain governance, templates, and reporting standards while coordinating go-live, UAT, deployment, and lessons learned with the Project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven project management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise PM tool implementations.
• Experience in regulated/financial environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection and implementation of a PM tool with future-state workflows.
• Manage RFI and RFP processes and vendor evaluation reports.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and risk/issue reports.
• Establish governance, lifecycle templates, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate go-live, UAT, deployment, and lessons learned.
