Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of related experience.
At least 3 years in a project management or management consulting role within the financial services industry.
Experience in real estate investment management preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools; Power Apps a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency in executing agendas aligned with business strategy.
Strong communication and executive presence.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to build partnerships and influence across all levels of the organization.
Impeccable judgment in handling sensitive information.
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business issues.
Experience with process improvement/process optimization preferred.
Desire to build deep understanding of real estate investment management and operations.
High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work independently while communicating frequently.
Proficiency in Argus Enterprise would set the candidate apart.

Responsibilities

Lead and support project management execution for global strategic initiatives.
Maintain project plans, issue lists, meeting agendas/notes, and action-item trackers using Microsoft tools.
Create presentation decks and messaging to articulate strategy, facilitate decision-making, and build consensus.
Develop stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Facilitate sessions and suggest solutions to reach consensus.
Deliver actionable business insights highlighting opportunities and impacts.
Support business engagement through transparent communication and targeted training.
Build knowledge of real estate products, systems, and operations to develop strategies and resolve issues and interdependencies.
Analyze internal and external data sources and recommend improvements to data flows, processes, and systems infrastructure.
Partner with Technology to implement or enhance strategic systems.
Define requirements, evaluate tools, assess costs, and manage implementation plans.
Create or review cost/benefit analyses and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
Support the Global COO team in identifying operating efficiencies, overseeing vendors, and mitigating operating risks.
