GFT, a leading engineering firm, seeks a Project Manager - Software & Digital Solutions to lead software development, application implementation, and digital projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years of progressive PM experience in software or app delivery.
• Current PMP certification or demonstrated progress toward certification with a defined plan for completion.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage project responsibilities, prioritize required activities, and proactively address project needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned projects in accordance with established project management and Quality Management System requirements, proactively identifying and completing required project management activities.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, client relationships, and team coordination.
• Lead and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas and detailed meeting minutes.
• Review and validate project deliverables for completeness and compliance.
• Direct cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, technical leads, and SMEs.
• Develop and distribute regular status reports.
• Monitor project performance and track against timelines and budgets.
• Maintain logs for action items, issues, and risks.
• Understand, apply, and ensure compliance with established project management and Quality Management System processes and standards.
• Resolve project-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to drafting task orders, proposal development, and business development.
