Job summary

Nightingale Education Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in healthcare education. You will partner with executive leadership to define scope, objectives, and success criteria, and translate them into actionable plans with clear milestones.

You will build detailed schedules, manage resources, identify risks, and drive cross-functional alignment while reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of enterprise-level project management experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Critical Path, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in change management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from initiation to completion aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Build detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and plan mitigation.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication.
• Report project status and roadblocks to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO.
