Job summary

ADB Companies Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead full lifecycle projects nationwide, coordinating planning, scheduling, budgeting, and construction activities.

You will act as the primary client liaison, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in technical field or project management, with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required as fallback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies
• Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables
• Provide regular project updates and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders
• Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance including WIP, margins, and cash flow
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Facilitate communication between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
• Provide leadership to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; people management and performance responsibilities
• Drives team KPI’s to contribute to department and team scorecard
• Upholds safety culture and ZERO safety philosophy throughout the organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed
