Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Bioethics, Policy & Partnerships (BPP) to provide project management support to the BPP team and select OC MO priorities.

Responsibilities

• Project Management (PM) Support for OCMO communications-related activities
• Partners with OCMO colleagues and external communications agencies to execute cross-OCMO communications strategy
• Partners with OCMO Strategy and Operations (S&O) support personnel and functional area representatives to coordinate internal employee communications (e.g. town halls)
• Develops and maintains an OCMO Communications plan for town halls and other employee communications, including milestones, owners, dependencies, review cycles, and final delivery dates
• PM Support for OCMO Policy Stewardship Process and stakeholder outreach to ensure timely resolution and tracking of outcomes
• Builds and manages policy stewardship workplans mapping intake, assessment, stakeholder consultation, drafting, review, approval, implementation, and reassessment
• Coordinates stakeholder outreach and review cycles, consolidates comments, tracks disposition of feedback, and confirms resolutions
• Maintains centralized tracker of policy owners, accountable decision-makers, review dates, dependencies, risks, decisions, and commitments
• Prepares concise status updates and governance materials highlighting progress, milestones, overdue actions, decision points, and escalation matters
• Leads or supports other PM assignments identified by the Director, BPP and translates priorities into executable workplans
• Supports committee and governance operations by coordinating agendas, pre-reads, meeting logistics, minutes, action tracking, and follow-up
