Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Bioethics, Policy & Partnerships (BPP) to advance project management across OCMO priorities in Innovative Medicine.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop policy stewardship workplans, and drive governance processes with internal and external partners.

The role requires a life sciences Master’s, 5+ years in pharma/biotech, and strong communication and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a pharma/biotech/MedTech environment.
• Experience in R&D or related scientific setting is preferred.
• Ability to influence, align functions, and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM support for OCMO communications activities.
• Develop and maintain OCMO communications plans with milestones.
• Coordinate policy stewardship workplans from intake to implementation.
• Prepare governance materials and status updates for leadership.
