Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s degree in life sciences strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of increasing business experience in pharma/biotech/MedTech.
• Strong project management capability and ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM support for OCMO communications activities.
• Coordinate with OCMO colleagues and external agencies to execute cross-OCMO communications strategy.
• Coordinate internal employee communications and town halls with S&O support and functional area representatives.
• Develop and maintain an OCMO Communications plan with milestones, owners and review cycles.
• Build and manage policy stewardship workplans from intake to reassessment.
• Prepare concise status updates and governance materials highlighting progress and milestones.
• Maintain centralized tracker of policy owners, decisions, risks, and implementation commitments.
• Facilitate governance meetings and align input across OCMO functions and agency partners.
