The role translates strategic objectives into actionable programs, supports executive communications, and works across Regulatory Operations & Digital Innovation initiatives to accelerate priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, portfolio management, project management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed global environment.
• Strong executive communication, presentation development, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and actionable plans.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute, and track SPO strategic priorities and annual business objectives.
• Translate leadership goals into actionable plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Conduct strategic analyses and develop recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Drive alignment across priorities, goals, and resource planning.
• Partner with leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and execution.
• Coordinate leadership priorities, planning activities, and follow-through on decisions.
• Support leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and executive communications.
• Ensure connectivity across initiatives and stakeholder groups.
• Support governance processes and operating rhythms across the organization.
• Provide flexible support for cross-functional strategic initiatives and ROid initiatives.
