Qualifications

• Five+ years of sales or business development in plumbing, hydronics, HVAC or related construction industries.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and navigate design-build cycles.

Responsabilités

• Drive demand and sales growth for plumbing, hydronic and related product lines.
• Develop territory growth strategies aligned with regional objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, distributors, builders, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify, track and convert commercial and residential project opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and educational programs.
