REHAU Water Technologies seeks a strategic Product Manager to lead the growth of our water tech portfolio. You will shape product strategy, manage lifecycles, and guide a team of product professionals to deliver innovative solutions aligned with customer needs.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure profitable growth, strong market position, and continuous improvement within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, or related commercial role.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for growth and profitability.
• Manage products through lifecycle including launches and end-of-life.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and financial analyses.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Monitor performance, profitability, market share, and feedback for improvement.
