Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• At least 10 years in IT architecture and technology-heavy roles with platform design focus.
• 3 years of demonstrated leadership, managing teams or large cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with change adaptability.
• Deep expertise in scalable, secure enterprise IT platforms and modern patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern architectural principles, standards, and best practices across IT platforms.
• Develop and maintain the long-term platform architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance platform solutions.
• Advocate modern patterns (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native) and related tech.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and mitigate architectural risks and debt.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership and problem solving for complex challenges.
• Oversee implementation of designs ensuring adherence to standards and quality.
• Stay updated on emerging tech and industry trends in energy IT landscapes.
• Drive innovation and research into new architectural approaches and tools.
