Qualifications

5+ years of experience in injection molding process, tooling development, project management and cost savings in lean manufacturing.
Direct involvement in qualifying tooling during molding processes.
Experience with multi-cavity hot runner/cold runner tooling on 100–400 ton machines.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a 3-year plastics tooling roadmap for global supply chain resilience.
Lead supplier selection, RFQ evaluations, and supplier audits for quality and process control.
Develop CapEx justifications and ROI models to secure approvals for tooling investments.
Standardize supplier governance and implement inspection frameworks across partners.
Oversee tooling transfers and NPIs, driving transition timelines and cost optimization.
