Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in injection moulding tooling, project management, and cost savings in lean manufacturing.
• Experience with multi-cavity hot runner/cold runner tooling on 100-400 ton machines.

• Strategic Leadership & CapEx Management
• Architect a 3-year plastics tooling roadmap for global supply chain resilience
• Lead CapEx lifecycle with ROI models and business cases
• Drive cost optimization across global supplier network
• Tooling transfers and equipment deployments across sites
• Govern NPIs pipelines and supplier qualification milestones
• Standardise supplier governance and quality alignment
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships for lean manufacturing
