Job summary

Vallourec - North America is seeking a skilled planner to manage production scheduling and inventory allocation at our Houston-area facility. You will balance customer requirements with inventory policies, monitor stock levels, and drive improvements in PRI metrics.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in business, supply chain or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication, Excel proficiency, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Pre/Direct allocation of unfinished tube and aged inventory.
Set up routing steps per order in a legacy system.
Plan and establish production schedules to balance customer requirements and inventory policies.
Monitor material inventories and track production progress.
Analyze and report on aged inventory for PRI meetings.
Collaborate across departments to resolve constraints and improve PRI outcomes.
Maintain data quality in scheduling tools.
