Job summary

Valeo North America is seeking a Supply Chain Scheduler to drive Master Production Schedules and ensure customer requirements are integrated into planning processes. The role emphasizes data accuracy, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration across production and logistics.

We value experience in automotive manufacturing or warehouse planning, proficiency with spreadsheets, and hands-on use of an MRP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service or planning experience in automotive manufacturing or warehouse.
• Experience formatting spreadsheets and using an MRP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer product demands by driving Master Production Schedules.
• Ensure customer requirements are integrated and resolve integration errors.
• Identify large order variations between forecasts and firmed orders; ensure data from the customer.
• Release picking lists for customer deliveries when necessary.
• Monitor safety stock levels and alert when min/max levels are reached.
• Prepare customs documentation required for exporting as needed.
• Meet customer contacts annually for major customers.
• Accomplish other tasks as required.
