Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business or related operations field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with export regulations.
• Formal training with continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean, 5S).
• Experience with P&L responsibilities and strong financial acumen.
• Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in ERP system execution.
• Ability to develop master production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic vision for plant operations to raise productivity.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, and systems to meet targets.
• Ensure 100% safety/environment compliance and training.
• Develop plans to meet customer needs and on-time delivery.
• Generate quality systems aligning with technical requirements.
• Develop master production schedule to meet program deliverables.
• Lead and develop a high-potential operations team.
• Continuously eliminate waste and improve plant performance.
• Report results and communicate barriers promptly.
