Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Create strategic vision for plant operations to improve productivity and processes.
Collaborate on facility operations budgets, expenses, and systems.
Ensure 100% safety and regulatory compliance through training and investigations.
Develop plans to meet customer needs, timeliness, and delivery of goods.
Establish production schedules aligned with program deliverables.
Drive quality systems to meet technical requirements.
Develop a high-performing, continuously improving team.
Lead continuous improvement and waste elimination across plant operations.
Be accountable for all plant performance results.
