Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain or related operations field.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• To conform to U.S. export regulations, eligible for required government authorization.
• Formal training with Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean manufacturing, etc.
• Must have had P&L responsibilities and strong financial acumen.
• Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong organization, decision making and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic vision for plant operations with multi-year improvement goals.
• Develop and execute facility operations budgets and systems.
• Ensure 100% safety and regulatory compliance through training and investigations.
• Lead plans and procedures to meet customer needs, delivery and satisfaction.
• Generate quality systems aligning with technical requirements.
• Develop master production schedules to align with program deliverables.
• Build high-potential teams driving execution excellence.
• Continuously improve all facets of facility and operations.
• Own plant performance results and reporting.
