Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. seeks a maintenance manager to coordinate and drive the preventative maintenance program across plant equipment and facilities. The role oversees maintenance staff, budgets, and SAP work orders while partnering with management to improve quality and reduce costs.

You will manage outages, upgrades, and capital projects, ensuring SOP compliance and safety. A mechanical/electrical/architectural engineering background with 5 years of experience in a food/flavors

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/electrical/architectural engineering or related.
• 5 years experience as maintenance manager, preferably in food or flavors.
• Clean DMV record and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Experience with food safety programs.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service plant equipment and facilities.
• Create, improve, manage, and expand preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise and direct maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate facility outages and upgrades.
• Develop solutions to plant related problems.
• Conduct audits to ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain daily site activities and records.
• Track expenses and oversee the maintenance budget.
• Create/modify SAP work orders and manage inventory.
• Plan budgets for work and capital projects.
• Work with contractors on bids and supervision.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
