Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee all building and equipment maintenance programs at our facility in Wisconsin. The role requires organizing preventive maintenance, supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring GMP compliance to keep the plant running efficiently.

You will collaborate with other departments, recruit and train maintenance staff, and serve as a backup for other roles as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of industrial maintenance management experience, preferably in food-grade manufacturing.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise, and perform building, grounds, and equipment maintenance, including preventive tasks.
• Maintain and organize spare parts inventory; coordinate parts orders.
• Develop a work order program and supervise contractors for non-emergency projects.
• Implement and monitor a Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Provide weekly project and budget updates to Plant Manager; manage expenses.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and regulatory adherence.
