Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee facility maintenance at the Richfield Plant. You will manage repairs, safety, and operational readiness across building systems and plant assets.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance tasks, logging activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and food safety standards. Candidates should have dairy processing knowledge and hand-tool capability.

Qualifications

Experience with dairy processing equipment and plant construction materials.
Must have own basic hand tools.
Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements for manufacturing.
Ability to read and write instructions in English.
Willing to work weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Maintain plant assets and repair floors, walls, ceilings, windows and doors.
Maintain general facility systems including plumbing and lighting.
Perform minor construction projects on building materials.
Carry out general and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and professionalism.
Maintain maintenance logs on the assigned shift.
Keep work area clean and orderly and ensure tools are maintained.
Serve as a communication channel between maintenance and operations.
Follow safety practices and food safety regulations and standards.
Complete work orders and tasks in a timely manner.
