JM Eagle in Ashtabula, OH seeks a Plant Manager to oversee operations to maximize efficiency and quality of JM Eagle's pipe products. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, seven years in production, and three years in plastic pipe or extruding process manufacturing with supervisory experience.

You will lead maintenance, safety, budgets, and customer relations. Strong leadership and cost-control skills are essential; you will coordinate with the VP of Production

Mansioni

• Establish and direct organization to operate plant facility.
• Administer the recruitment and training of the plant organization line and staff.
• Develop and administer employee and community relations program to effect harmonious employee and public relations.
• Develop and administer operating budgets and standard for cost measurement.
• Develop and administer corporate programs such as cost reduction, capital expenditures, energy conservation, industrial hygiene, safety and housekeeping programs for plant operations.
• Responsible to maintain equipment, facilities, and company assets in good working order. Must manage adequate maintenance to ensure the manufacture of the company’s product line to internal standards and required specifications.
• Provide necessary customer service and foster effective customer relations.
• Perform special projects and other job-related duties as directed by the Vice President of Production.
• Other duties may be assigned.
