Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 5+ years in related roles.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office and Microsoft Project is required.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze design drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Specify, evaluate, and purchase industrial equipment after extrusion and related utility equipment.
• Design chill water piping and pneumatic conveying systems for plants.
• Manage suppliers, coordinate with HQ and plant personnel for quality and logistics.
• Prepare purchase documents, negotiate prices, and track payments.
• Use project management to lead initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Provide AutoCAD-based equipment and piping layouts; Solidworks is a plus.
• Maintain strong organizational and communication skills.
