Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs production staff to meet schedules and specifications.
• Recommends equipment improvements to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Interviews, hires, and develops production personnel; manages expenses and cost reduction.
• Maintains safety, housekeeping and environmental standards per company policies.
