Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of Controller or Plant Controller experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Financial leadership experience in a complex manufacturing operation.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing operations to improve financial and operational performance.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems expertise.
• Leadership experience managing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant financial operations, including reporting and controls.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and performance reviews.
• Develop annual operating budget, business plan, and forecasts.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to provide financial guidance for strategic decisions.
• Analyze costs, profitability, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost control processes.
• Lead month-end and year-end close with GAAP compliance.
• Oversee inventory accounting and physical inventory controls.
• Prepare financial analyses and business cases for capex and major initiatives.
• Optimize plant cash flow through working capital management.
