Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or equivalent.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration with global teams.
• Ability to travel 5–10% domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Monitor actual expenses against budget and forecasts; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX; complete self-testing and documentation.
• Lead and develop the finance team; partner with BU finance and local leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, controls, and compliance.
• Maintain plant asset records; manage capital appropriation requests and asset tagging.
• Provide timely reporting and analysis; prepare internal and external packages.
• Coordinate internal audits; support ad hoc analyses.
• Oversee working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory management.
