KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Plans and Strategy Lead to shape long-range operational vision and mission planning for a Space Operations Center. You will integrate strategic guidance, operational concepts, and enterprise priorities into actionable plans to meet current and emerging space mission demands.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with 11+ years in space domain operations or an equivalent combination (Bachelor’s +12 years, No Degree +14 years)
• 7 years combined IC and/or DoD exercises and planning
• 2 years combined operations floor and/or project management with IC orgs and Combatant Commands
• Active TS/SCI with Poly required
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently and lead teams

Responsibilities

• Applies broad expertise to join planning processes and COCOM processes to evolve IC participation and input into daily operations.
• Focuses on quality of training and on implementing training into procedures, orders, plans, tools and crew qualification products
