Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Seven years of experience in operations research with focus on mission engineering, systems engineering, or operational analysis.
• Five years of experience with mission planning and analysis, including development or evaluation of mission threads, OPLOGs, or CONOPS.
• Three years collaborating with diverse teams including engineering and planners to accomplish complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Characterize end-to-end missions by developing detailed mission context and operational scenarios.
• Define and analyze variables that influence mission success, including forces, environments, and rules of engagement.
• Establish and apply a hierarchy of mission measures (MOS/MOE/MOP) to quantify outcomes and support trade-space analysis.
• Analyze baseline and alternative mission approaches to identify gaps and evaluate new technologies and concepts.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform government/contractor teams on efficacy of legacy and new systems.
