Job summary

You will partner with Operations, Procurement, and Quality to balance capacity, material availability, and New Product Development priorities, ensuring schedule stability and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering with 2-4 years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to translate the master production schedule into executable manufacturing plans.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) established by the Planning & SIOP Manager through detailed production and interval scheduling.
• Develop production schedules that maximize equipment utilization and minimize changeovers.
• Release work orders to Manufacturing and monitor schedule execution for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with Procurement to monitor material availability and supplier constraints.
• Provide realistic production commitments to protect customer schedules.
