Job summary

BLUvera, Mortenson’s manufacturing and fabrication affiliate, is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager to lead integrated project schedules across large, complex initiatives and new product programs. You will partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to translate objectives into executable plans and drive on-time delivery, capacity visibility, and scalable planning processes.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years construction or equivalent scheduling experience.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts and company software.
• Strong ability to interpret plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of project management, buyout, and contracts.
• Experience with 4D visual planning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams and trade partners in developing project schedules using CPM scheduling programs on large, complex projects.
• Monitor and update project schedules across multiple projects.
• Generate mitigation options and assist management with mitigation plans for scheduling problems.
• Coach and train team members in scheduling methods.
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and scheduling strategy.
• Support rollout of company-wide training plans.
• Participate in planning improvements and best practice sharing.
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and levels.
