Job summary

BLUvera, a Mortenson affiliate, seeks an experienced Planning and Scheduling Manager to drive planning, execution, and growth of a rapidly evolving manufacturing operation. You will develop and lead sophisticated planning strategies across complex projects and new product initiatives to deliver innovative products efficiently and at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight (8) years construction experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software.
• Strong ability to read plans and specs and interpret requirements.
• Experience with project management, buyout, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated project schedules for large, complex projects.
• Monitor and update schedules across multiple projects; mitigate scheduling risks.
• Coach and mentor team members in scheduling methods.
• Collaborate with business development on proposals and scheduling strategy.
• Assist with company-wide scheduling training initiatives and best practice sharing.
• Build relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels.
