Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Planner to develop and implement strategic operational plans that optimize efficiency and productivity. You will create detailed schedules, analyze data for decisions, and collaborate across functions to ensure flawless execution of plans.

The ideal candidate has a continuous improvement mindset, proven experience in planning and forecasting in manufacturing, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in operations planning, scheduling, or similar roles.
• Experience in planning, forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Developing and managing detailed operational schedules to meet production, service, or project deadlines.
• Collaborating with departments to gather input and create efficient plans that align with business goals.
• Analyze data, including production metrics, resource availability, and demand forecasts, to inform scheduling decisions.
• Developing, implementing, and continuously improving planning and scheduling processes to drive operational excellence.
• Identifying bottlenecks or risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
• Optimizing resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and service level.
• Continuously monitoring and adjusting schedules to adapt to changing priorities.
• Communicating schedules, forecasts, and planning assumptions across teams for alignment and execution.
• Supporting demand planning and forecasting through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel and Power BI.
