Job summary

Energy Northwest is seeking a Strategic Planning Program Manager to lead the Strategic Planning Program, maintain the framework, and communicate priorities across executive leadership, member utilities, and enterprise planning teams.

The role focuses on long‑range planning, performance measurement, and alignment of strategic goals with agency operations to position Energy Northwest for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus seven years in strategic planning, business planning, or related field.
• Associate’s degree plus nine years in strategic planning, business planning, or related field.
• High School diploma plus eleven years in strategic planning, business planning, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, administration, and continuous improvement of the Strategic Planning Program and planning priorities.
• Coordinate planning activities with executive leadership, departments, and boards.
• Monitor trends and align planning with long‑term agency strategy.
• Develop planning input from member utilities and stakeholders.
• Communicate strategic performance and conduct planning updates.
• Coordinate integration between goals, planning, and performance measures.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field

High School diploma/GED
