Job summary

Energy Northwest seeks a Strategic Planning Program Manager to lead the agency’s Strategic Planning Program, drive strategic goals, measures, and priorities, and collaborate with executive leadership and member utilities to align enterprise planning with long-term direction.

You will develop and communicate planning updates, monitor progress, and support integration of strategy with budgeting and operations, ensuring a cohesive path for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with seven years of experience in strategic planning, business planning, utility operations, organizational performance, public affairs, or related field.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field with nine years of experience in strategic planning, business planning, utility operations, organizational performance, public affairs, or related field.
• High School diploma/GED with eleven years of experience in strategic planning, business planning, utility operations, organizational performance, public affairs, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, administration, and continuous improvement of Energy Northwest's Strategic Planning Program, goals, measures, and planning priorities.
• Coordinate planning activities involving executive leadership, departments, and member utilities and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor industry, policy, regulatory, market, and public power trends impacting long-term strategy.
• Lead development and administration of strategic performance reporting and monitoring processes.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate strategic scorecards, balance scorecards, and performance measures.
• Promote alignment between strategic priorities, business planning, and organizational performance to support execution.
