Job summary

Trinity Partners, LLC is seeking a Product Manager to lead hands-on development of products central to its Strategic Planning & Forecasting practice. The role partners with advisory experts, engineering, and data science to create data-driven solutions for life sciences clients in biopharma and medical device spaces.

The PM will grow into broader responsibilities, collaborating with product leaders and advisory experts to support go-to-market materials, roadmap planning, and GenAI-enabled

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting OR Management Consulting, focusing on Life Sciences New Product Planning and healthcare secondary data analytics
• Pharmaceutical forecast development experience is a plus
• Prior Product Management experience is not required, but assessment will determine PM competencies
• Strong interest in learning Product and growing into a PM role, with evidence of self-driven skill building
• Track record of excellence demonstrated through professional accomplishments
• Driven to work in client-facing teams
• Willing to get hands-on and move the product forward
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining rigor and attention to detail
• Technical skills and independent adoption of technology to facilitate workflows are a plus
• Qualitative understanding of statistical methods is a plus
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and changes in direction
• Collaborates and communicates effectively across stakeholder types and levels
• Ability to understand technical concepts and build credibility with technical teams
• Is driven to continually learn, including about GenAI

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Advisory experts, Engineering, Data Science, and UI/UX to design, validate, build, and launch new products/features
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements with Advisory experts; iterate with Engineering and Data Science
• Identify and assess potential data sources and metrics
• Leverage New Product Planning and healthcare data experience to process unstructured data and develop GenAI-assisted automation workflows
• Write data processing requirements for Automation teams and QC outputs
• Interface with Engineering, Automation, and Data Science teams daily
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) of solution functionality and data science outputs
• Support Business Development with go-to-market materials and proposals
• Assist roadmap and release planning aligning feature builds with business needs
• Identify value-adding GenAI tool integrations in solutions
• Support training and education of internal and client users
