You will partner with Product, AI/Data Science, Marketing, and business leaders to refine product strategy, roadmaps, staffing, and go-to-market initiatives. The role demands a versatile generalist who thrives in ambiguity, excels at storytelling, and translates complex concepts for varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, STEM, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, product operations, program management, or another business role.
• Experience with product teams, startups, or consulting is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executives and teams.
• Highly organized self-starter who can juggle multiple workstreams.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, life sciences, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, AI / Data Science, Marketing, Business leaders, and functions to plan and go to market.
• Design and continuously improve product development processes from prioritization to reviews.
• Support resourcing and staffing across the Digital & AI organization.
• Conduct market, competitive, and client research to sharpen positioning and pricing.
• Build go-to-market assets and support launch plans for new products.
• Track metrics around product performance, operational efficiency, pipeline health, and financials.
• Surface insights and recommendations for improvement to leadership.
