Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Sr. Specialist in Product Strategy & Operations to shape product strategy, staffing plans, and go-to-market execution.

You will collaborate with Product, AI/Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to drive market success and operational excellence. You will design roadmaps, track performance, and build assets like decks and battlecards while translating complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for executives and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, STEM, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, product operations, program management, or a business role, ideally in tech/SaaS or life sciences.
• Experience working with product, technical, or commercial teams is a plus.
• Able to take ownership and push initiatives across the finish line.
• Versatile generalist across product, planning, research, partnerships, and go-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, AI/Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to strengthen product development, planning, staffing, and go-to-market.
• Help design and improve product prioritization, roadmaps, performance tracking, and reviews.
• Lead planning, resourcing, and staffing across the Digital & AI organization with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market and client research to sharpen positioning, pricing, differentiation, and GTM strategies.
• Create go-to-market assets and support launch plans for new products.
• Track product performance, pipeline health, and financial metrics, providing actionable insights.
