Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Sr. Consultant to shape product strategy, roadmaps, and GTM plans across AI and life sciences offerings. You’ll partner with Product, AI/Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to optimize staff, processes, and market success.

You will influence how we design products, plan resources, and measure performance, while mentoring internal stakeholders and clients on strategy execution. Hybrid work reflects our flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, STEM, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, product operations, program management, or a similar business role.
• Experience working with product, technical, or commercial teams, or in fast-paced startups/consulting is a plus.
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and ability to drive initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve how we build products, from prioritization to roadmaps and reviews.
• Plan, resource, and staff Digital & AI teams with business functions for better hiring and reporting.
• Conduct market, competitive, and client research; translate into strategic recommendations.
• Create go-to-market assets (decks, one-pagers, battlecards) and support launch plans.
• Track product performance, efficiency, pipeline health, and financial metrics; surface insights.
• Support training and onboarding of stakeholders, sellers, and clients on strategy and roadmap.
