Verdantas is hiring in Washington, DC for a role focusing on PRISM system support and end-user training. You will learn the system quickly, log issues and changes, and develop training materials to empower users.

The position involves delivering engaging training sessions both in person and online, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and problem solving. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience with Unison PRISM, familiarity with PRISM 7.4, and a proven ability to

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

Grasp system and interface quickly to effectively interact with the end-user community.
Log and ensure 100% of user issues, change requests and inquiries in the ticket system and resolve promptly.
Develop training materials, user manuals, job aids, and training modules to support PRISM usage.
Deliver engaging training sessions to end-users, in-person and virtually, covering PRISM functionalities.
Diagnose and resolve PRISM issues through conversations with end users.
Provide user training in PRISM, at least 3 years preferred.
