Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years progressive experience with strategic planning, business development, product development, and/or program management within the financial services industry required.
• Proven success in developing and implementing complex processes and programs. required.
• A strong understanding of how a financial institution operates. required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, functional teams, and vendors to successfully execute complex strategies.
• Be a trusted partner, partnering on the planning and delivery of impactful efforts.
• Facilitate project intake process for cross-functional project requests, documenting request and organizational impact.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize business outcomes by effectively ensuring timely decisions and prioritization.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions with assigned Business Units to align with the Credit Union’s overarching Strategic Plan.
• Support the strategic planning process, including partnering with assigned Business Units to develop materials for Board strategic planning activities.
• Assist with the development of the three-year Corporate Strategic Plan as needed.
• Support aligned performance management framework that captures priorities, performance, KPIs, and focus areas.
• Conduct competitive analysis related to products, services, and positioning within key markets.
• Identify opportunities to leverage competitive advantage to drive growth and financial strength.
• Conduct research and communicate findings to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner on execution of complex projects and programs with alignment to Plans.
• Maintain understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to Credit Union compliance.
