TransUnion LLC is seeking a Sr Advisor, Strategic Planning to partner with the SVP of US Solutions on strategic initiatives, planning, and executive communications. The role involves cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal, with a hybrid work model and regular executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, business operations, chief of staff, program management, product strategy, transformation, or related strategic leadership functions with demonstrated success supporting executive-level priorities.
• Experience developing executive-facing presentations, communications, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives within highly matrixed organizations, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority.
• Strong project management, organizational leadership, and business planning experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the SVP of US Solutions, driving priorities and outcomes across the Solutions organization.
• Lead strategic planning activities, including multi-year business plans, operating priorities, and executive initiatives.
• Develop executive communications, leadership updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
• Coordinate leadership operating rhythms, governance processes, and cross-functional business reviews for alignment and accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration across Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal to advance organizational goals.
• Lead and support special projects across organizational effectiveness, business transformation, and portfolio opportunities.
• Drive business operations activities, including KPI tracking, financial reporting, and executive insights.
• Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
