Amgen Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Product Strategy and Innovation Manager (AI) to lead AI-enabled product discovery and validation across the AI & Data Lab.

You will work with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to shape scalable AI solutions, guiding investment and strategy at enterprise scale. You will own portfolio validation, align with governance, and translate business priorities into AI product opportunities while navigating risk, data privacy, and regulatory

Qualifikationen

Doctorate or Master’s/ Bachelor’s with 2+ years of people leadership experience.
2+ years of experience managing teams, projects, or resources.
Experience with AI, machine learning, data products, automation, NLP, analytics or enterprise AI solutions.

Aufgaben

Lead AI-enabled business opportunities validation and prioritization.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, engineers, and security partners.
Design rapid discovery sprints, prototypes, pilots and experiments.
Develop product requirements considering UX, data, model performance and governance.
Provide senior leaders with evidence-based investment recommendations.
