Job summary

Druva is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Finance to drive financial strategy, FP&A, and corporate finance for a growing SaaS business. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cross-functional collaboration to enable growth and profitability.

You will partner with executive leadership to optimize capital structure, financial reporting, and investor communications, while scaling systems and processes with automation and AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in SaaS/software.
• Proven FP&A and corporate finance experience with SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Provide insights from financial analysis to executive leadership and board.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and relationships with financial institutions.
• Scale FP&A processes with automation and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide strategic decisions.
