Oscar is hiring a Manager, Strategic Planning to join our team remotely, with openness to Dallas, TX; the role reports to the Associate Director, Strategic Planning. You will lead cross-functional implementations and drive collaborative strategies across the department.

The role emphasizes end-to-end management, data-driven performance evaluation, and risk mitigation, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and work within an evolving remote/possible hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects.
• Bonus points: data-driven program improvement, fast-paced operations, enterprise-wide program deployment, vendor integrations, PMP/Lean Six Sigma certifications, healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, including project plan creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Manages cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, edge case mitigation and on-time completion.
• Evaluates departmental performance by collecting and analyzing data and developing metrics with mitigation strategies.
• Collaborates with partner groups to create proactive implementation, communications and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation.
• May oversee and mentor team members and promote growth.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
