The role reports to the Associate Director, Strategic Planning and is fully remote with potential future hybrid options for your metro area; candidates residing in Dallas, TX are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects with project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, and on-time delivery.
• Evaluates departmental performance by collecting and analyzing data and supporting metrics development.
• Collaborates with partner groups to plan proactive implementation, communications and risk mitigation strategies.
• May oversee and mentor team members and foster growth.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
