Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning to lead cross-functional programs and drive strategic initiatives for the organization. The role reports to the Associate Director, Strategic Planning and collaborates with internal and external teams to advance department objectives.

The position is remote with openness to Atlanta, GA residents; potential hybrid arrangements may emerge in the future and compensation includes base pay plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, managing cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, edge case mitigation and on-time completion
• Evaluate overall departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing data and assisting in development of departmental metrics and implementation of mitigation strategies
• Collaboratively works with all relevant partner groups to create proactive implementation, communications and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation programs
• May oversee team members directly and mentors team members and promotes colleagues' growth
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other responsibilities as assigned
