Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning to join our remote team. You will report to the Associate Director, Strategic Planning and lead cross-functional programs across the organization.

The role requires 4+ years in program management and 3+ years delivering projects, with opportunities to mentor teammates and influence strategic initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, managing cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, edge case mitigation and on-time completion
• Evaluate overall departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing data and assisting in development of departmental metrics and implementation of mitigation strategies
• Collaboratively works with all relevant partner groups to create proactive implementation, communications and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation programs
• May oversee team members directly and mentors team members and promotes colleagues’ growth
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other responsibilities as assigned
