Job summary

Leviton in Melville, NY seeks a Business Planning Manager to drive the business planning process across the unit and align to strategic priorities across manufacturing and supply chain. You will partner with Product Management, design KPIs, and lead executive reviews while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years in business planning or supply chain, fluency in English/Spanish, and strong Excel/PowerPoint with Oracle, Dynamics, or Smartsheet experience.

Qualifications

• Four years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in business planning or supply chain management role.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Smartsheet, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Management to adjust long-term forecast volumes to optimize manufacturing and operations capacity.
• Identify and implement improvements within the Rapid Response Manufacturing (RRM) process.
• Collaborate with manufacturing operations and planning to identify production bottlenecks and recommend actions for both planned and unplanned supply-chain changes.
• Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure plants meet customer demand within promised lead times.
• Plan and support the RRM process with stakeholders across the Commercial & Industrial business unit, supply chain, and factory contacts.
• Lead two monthly presentations to executive and cross-functional teams on demand planning activities.
• Transform sales pipeline data and field intelligence into demand signals.
• Participate in supply planning meetings and report key takeaways.
• Summarize industry reports to inform executive perspectives.
